Dylan Jade Rackley (she/her) leads Disability and Youth Communities Ltd (DAYC) as Charity Manager — but for Dylan, this work is personal.
Drawing on her own lived experience, Dylan delivers peer support directly to people navigating disability and disadvantage on the Gold Coast, while also steering DAYC's programs, governance, and growth.
