Advocacy, connection and support for people with disability, young people, and marginalised communities on the Gold Coast.
Disability and Youth Communities Ltd (DAYC) is a Gold Coast-based charity providing free advocacy, peer support, and community connection to people who face barriers to participation — because of disability, age, mental health, or social isolation. We're a registered charity (ACNC) and endorsed Public Benevolent Institution with Deductible Gift Recipient status, meaning donations over $2 are tax-deductible.
To change the trajectory of young people, people with disabilities, and marginalised communities so they face fewer barriers to living a fuller life — through advocacy, education, social connection, and access to support.
A Gold Coast and South East Queensland where disability, youth, and other barriers to participation are met with expert, compassionate, and freely accessible support — and where DAYC is the trusted hub connecting people in need to that support.
From one-on-one disability advocacy and NDIS navigation, peer support, to structured social connection events for autistic adults and young people — DAYC meets people where they are. See our full range of services below.
Whether you need support, want to volunteer, or want to help fund our work, we'd love to hear from you.
